Philosophy & Mission

Thank you for your interest in Palm Endodontics. We are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists, and our team is led by endodontic specialist Dr. Jackson Sullivan, who brings more than 25 years of experience in endodontics to the care of our patients.

While general dentists routinely provide many endodontic treatments in their offices, certain teeth and clinical situations present challenges that benefit from the additional training, experience, and technology of an endodontic specialist. When your dentist refers you to Palm Endodontics, they are entrusting us with an important part of your care and demonstrating their commitment to providing you with the best opportunity for a successful outcome.

Saving natural teeth is at the heart of what we do. Throughout his career, Dr. Sullivan has developed extensive experience treating difficult and complex endodontic cases, including teeth that may otherwise be considered for extraction and replacement with an implant. We believe that when a natural tooth can be predictably saved, preserving it is worth pursuing. Our goal is not simply to perform a root canal procedure, but to carefully evaluate each tooth and provide treatment designed to give it the best opportunity for a successful long-term outcome.

Experience is particularly important when managing challenging cases. Dr. Sullivan has practiced dentistry for more than 30 years, with more than 25 of those years devoted exclusively to endodontics. That experience, combined with modern and proven technology—including operating microscopes and three-dimensional CBCT imaging—allows us to diagnose and treat complex anatomy and difficult cases with a high degree of precision.

Just as important as the technical quality of your treatment is the way you are cared for while you are here. We are passionate about providing patient-centered care in a compassionate, comfortable, and unhurried environment. From Karilyn in the front office to Gabby and Megan in the treatment area, our team is committed to making you feel welcome and cared for throughout your visit.

We believe you should understand what is happening with your tooth and why a particular treatment is—or is not—recommended. Spending sufficient time with Dr. Sullivan for explanation, questions and answers, and a thoughtful discussion of your treatment options is every bit as important to us as the procedure itself. Clear communication, careful diagnosis, and involving you in decisions about your care are cornerstones of the Palm Endodontics experience.

As you walk through our office, you will notice an environment that is inviting, clean, modern, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. We understand that having endodontic treatment can create anxiety for some patients. By explaining what to expect, answering your questions, and taking the time necessary to make you comfortable, our goal is to make your experience as relaxed and pleasant as possible. You are also welcome to bring headphones and your favorite music to enjoy during treatment.
